Journey from Madrasa to International Conference on Engineering:
A talk with Hafiz Abdullah
From memorizing Quran to learning concepts and formulaes of engineering subjects was not a cake walk for Hafiz Abdullah, who traversed a long path to make his presence felt in the mainstream education.
Hafiz Abdullah is an alumnus of MS Lateefi-40 and pursuing B. Tech in Computer science. He struggled hard to get a seat in the engineering college to achieve his aim.
Recently his research paper on deep learning entitled “Building an adoptive E- learning system using recurrent neural network” was published on IEEE International Conference, Malaysia.
Hafiz Abdullah is a perfect combination of Modern and Islamic education. He is more inclined towards research and innovation. He started his journey of innovation by developing apps for college.
Later on he did quite a few projects that were highly appreciated by the private and government sectors. He got projects from the government agencies. In fact he was assigned to develop official cloud for the forest department for conservation of turtle.
He described his stay at the MS Lateefi 40 as a stepping stone for his success. It is platform where I learnt to think out of the crowd. It helped me to set up my goal and work with dedication and in a consistent manner.
