Fostering Faith across MS Institutions: Namaz Hall Inaugurated at MS Junior College
Prayer, one of the five pillars of Islam, holds immense significance. In today’s fast-paced world, especially among youth engrossed in academics, fostering a connection with prayer has become essential. Recognizing this need, MS Education Academy has consistently provided dedicated spaces for prayer across its schools and colleges.
Adding another milestone to its efforts, the MS Junior College in Malakpet recently completed the construction of a prayer hall in its new building. The facility also includes provisions for ablution (wudu). The inauguration ceremony was graced by the eminent Mufti Khaleel Ahmed, Chancellor of Jamia Nizamia, who led the Zuhr prayer and addressed the students.
During his address, Mufti Khaleel Ahmed emphasized the unparalleled significance of knowledge in Islam, stating, “Islam accords knowledge a status unlike any other religion. May Allah accept this noble initiative, grant forgiveness to those for whom this has been dedicated, and bless this institution with continued success in imparting both religious and worldly education.”
Ahmed Balala, MLA of Malakpet, was the guest of honor at the event. He congratulated the students and their parents for choosing an institution that nurtures them with both academic and Islamic education. “You are truly fortunate to study in a place that equips you with both worldly knowledge and religious teachings,” he remarked.
The event was attended by the Founder-Chairman of MS Education Academy, Mohammed Lateef Khan, along with Managing Directors Anwar Ahmed and Dr. Mazhar Hussain. In his speech, Mohammed Lateef Khan reminded students of the ultimate return to Allah and urged them to stay mindful of their responsibilities. He also expressed gratitude to the distinguished guests for their presence.
The newly inaugurated prayer hall facilitates prayer arrangements for both male and female students at separate timings. After the boys completed their Zuhr prayer, the girls also performed their prayers. Following the prayers, Mufti Syed Ziauddin Naqshbandi addressed the girls, offering motivational advice and leading a heartfelt dua for the success of the institution and its members.
He highlighted the pivotal role of MS Education Academy in fostering a balanced education that combines religious and contemporary knowledge. “We thank Allah for the blessing of institutions like MS Group in Hyderabad, which continue to illuminate young minds with the light of both spiritual and worldly education. May Allah keep this institution and its founders steadfast in their mission and make them a beacon of knowledge wherever they go.”
The prayer hall’s inauguration stands as a testament to MS Education Academy’s commitment to creating a harmonious blend of academic excellence and spiritual enlightenment, fostering an environment where students grow into well-rounded individuals.
