MS Degree College Girls win 2 prizes in Debate Competition

Hyderabad: Displaying excellent oratory skills, Girls of MS Degree College (Malakpet Branch) bagged two coveted awards along with cash prize at the Inter College Debate Competition.

Informing the details of this grand victory of girls Senior Director Moazzam Hussain said, “a team of Degree College girls participated at the Inter College Debate Competition held at Koti Women College and brought laurels for their alma mater. They got the Best Debate Team award and the Best Individual Debator award”.

“These girls performed excellently at the competition and bagged two coveted prizes of the competition. The MSians surprised the judges through their oratory skills and bagged the prizes.

Marwah Yousuf and Maha Khaja got a cash award of Rs. 3000/ for Best Debate Team award and Arjumand Rana received and Rs. 1000/. for the Best Individual Debator award. 38 colleges of Hyderabad and adjoin areas participated at the Debate competition held in the month of November 2018.

Expressing their experience, the MSians said, “It was a great moment for us and the presence of our Principal Masarat ma’m and lecturer Sadia Akhter motivated us a lot. Our college was the only team that was accompanied by principal and lecturer.”
