MS Teacher Training Academy celebrated its 1st Convocation Ceremony
Government of India-approved Diploma in Pre-Primary Teacher Training awarded to the 107 Young Teachers
Considering the current educational needs, MS Education Academy established the MS Teacher Training Academy in 2023 to train young women and improve education in society. The MS Teachers Training Academy started a Diploma in Pre-Primary Teachers Training. This diploma is recognized by the Council of Education & Training and All India Early Childhood Care & Education in New Delhi.
MS Teacher Training Academy hosted it’s first-ever Convocation Ceremony at the Telangana Chamber of Commerce and Industries KLV Prasad Auditorium in Hyderabad on 31st October 2024.
During the event, the first batch of 107 women who completed the Diploma in Pre-Primary Teacher Training Program has been felicitated. MS Education Academy Vice Chairperson, Ms. Nuzhat Sofi Khan, awarded certificates to the graduates who successfully completed the Pre-Primary Teacher Training Diploma Course. She congratulated them and expressed her joy at the successful completion of the Training Academy’s first batch.
Addressing the gathering, Nuzhat Sofi Khan remarked that teaching young children is a significant challenge for educators. She emphasized that fostering a positive relationship between teachers and students is essential to providing quality education and effective training. Teachers serve as role models, and they should strive to exemplify the best values through their words and actions. She further mentioned that learning is a lifelong journey, and teachers should continuously pursue their own growth to adapt to changing times and circumstances.
Ms. Mubeen Rafat, Former Director of Economics and Finance at the Administrative Staff College of India, attended as a special guest. She congratulated the women who completed the teacher training program and commended the efforts of MS Education Academy. Highlighting the importance of teaching, she described teachers as the nation’s architects, entrusted with the vital responsibility of providing children with a high-quality education. She emphasized that teaching young learners requires patience and compassion.
She further emphasized that teaching is a blessed Sunnah of the Prophet ﷺ. She noted that the primary purpose of establishing the MS Teacher Training Academy is to empower 21st-century educators to foster positive change in society.
MS Teacher Training Academy is affiliated with the Jawaharlal Nehru National Youth Centre, the Council of Education and Training, and All India Early Childhood Care and Education in New Delhi. The event was attended by Syed Afroz Bano, Dean of MS Creative School, and Shama Sahiba, Manager of MS Teacher Training Academy. Before concluding, mementos were presented to senior staff of MS Education Academy.
The program was hosted by Shama Sahiba, Director of the MS Teacher Training Academy. During the event, the certificate recipients gave a demonstration of classroom teaching techniques. Several senior staff members from MS Education Academy also participated in the certificate distribution ceremony.
