International Motivational Speaker Munawar Zama Inspires UPSC Aspirants at MS IAS Academy
Internationally acclaimed motivational speaker and communication skills trainer Munawar Zama delivered a powerful and uplifting address to Civil Services aspirants at MS IAS Academy. The session, held on 6th December 2025 at the Maulana Abul Kalam Azad Auditorium on the Hyderabad campus, urged students to view the UPSC journey not just as an examination, but as a mission of service built on clarity, discipline and unwavering determination.
The students listened with rapt attention. Zama’s emotionally rich, spiritually grounded and thought-provoking message left a deep impact on the audience. Blending real-life anecdotes, examples of iconic achievers, self-reflection, humour and actionable guidance, he rekindled confidence and purpose among the aspirants.

At this occasion, Mohammed Lateef Khan, Founder and Chairman of MS Education Academy and Anwar Ahmed, Managing director along with key staff attended this event.
Zama reminded students that true success begins in the heart. “No exam can be conquered without clarity of purpose, a strong resolve and an inner fire to excel. But once determination becomes firm, every door begins to open,” he said.

He highlighted the influence of role models in shaping destinies, citing legendary cricketer Sunil Gavaskar whose pioneering achievements laid the foundation for future greats like Sachin Tendulkar and Virat Kohli. A single true role model, he noted, has the power to spark a generational transformation.
Zama also commended MS IAS Academy for its contribution to nurturing ethical, responsible and service-minded youth. He praised the institution for going beyond exam preparation by shaping character and instilling values essential for nation-building. Recalling the achievement of Ayesha Fatima, who secured State First Rank in Intermediate across united Andhra Pradesh in 2005, he noted how her success continues to inspire MS students even today.

One of the most poignant moments of the event was Zama’s narration of Ummul Khair’s extraordinary journey. Despite severe physical disability, financial hardship and social ridicule, she cleared UPSC on her first attempt. Her grit studying through pain, poverty and repeated bone fractures stands as a powerful reminder that perseverance can conquer even the toughest barriers. Zama urged students to draw strength from her example and believe that the UPSC dream is entirely within reach.
In his concluding message, he underscored the importance of truthfulness and integrity. “If you commit to honesty and trustworthiness, whether you clear UPSC or not, life itself will become a rank others will respect,” he said.
