MSians interact with Judge at Legal Awareness camp

Hyderabad: Telengana Legal Services Authority organized a legal Awareness camp for school girls at MS Creative School (Malakpet Branch) on 29th October 2018, where MSians got chance to interact with the judge.

Hon’ble Secretary cum Senior Civil Judge, G. Sudershan enlightened the students on various aspects of laws and rights available to the citizens of the country while speaking on the topic “Sexual Abuse Against Women & Children and Ragging Menace”. “We have so many acts but they are not being implemented due to lack of awareness” said the Judge.

He also threw light on the functioning of Legal Services Authority and explained all the legal concepts in a very unique manner. He came down to the understanding level of school students to explain the topics and introduced the topic in a lucid way, mostly referring to the story of short films. He also explained them about the good touch and bad touch and exhorted them to be cautious of their surroundings. He advised the students to maintain distance with the strangers and unknown persons.

Hon’ble Senior Civil Judge G. Sudershan was very appreciative of the students understanding level and the quality of questions raised by them during the question answer session. The responses of the students impressed the judge.
