Success is wisely managing personal and professional life

Success is one per cent inspiration and 99 per cent perspiration. Success and progress go hand in hand most of the time. We should keep in mind that there is no short cut to success. A successful person is not the one who has achieved great progress in his / her profession but it is the one who has taken care of life as a whole.

Success comes with punctuality. And if you have failed in that first endeavour, even if you have accomplished several tasks, they do not give the satisfaction that you yearn for. People don’t decide your success, it is you who decide your own success. At the end of the day, if you have managed both your personal and professional life wisely, then the smile of satisfaction on your tired face is your success.

We have to work wisely all the time. A successful person strikes a balance between his / her personal and professional life. On certain days if you fail to strike that balance; it does not mean you are a failure, it is only a learning experience. Failures are stepping stones towards success only when you learn from your failure. Planning and positive attitude will help you in the long run.

Success is not final, failure is not fatal, it is the courage to continue that counts. Failure is the condiment that gives success its flavour. Accumulation of facts is not knowledge. It is when you utilize that knowledge at the right time and right place that measures your success. Being in the limelight for all the wrong reasons is not success for that matter being in the limelight for all the good reasons may not be success either.

In short, success is progression. A well-managed and calculated life with means and ways to handle victory and defeat with an optimistic mind is success.
